"A real gem! Enjoy the delicious flavor of the king of local chickens, the purebred Nagoya Cochin, in broth."

Nagoya Cochin is known as one of the three great local chickens in Japan, alongside Hinai Jidori and Satsuma Jidori.
Among them, it is a luxurious curry that makes generous use of a rare chicken called "Pure-bred Nagoya Cochin."
In order to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, we have used the dashi stock used in Japanese cuisine as a base to create a mild dashi curry, the polar opposite of spicy curry.
The latest freezing technology is used to preserve the unique elasticity of local chicken.
