From the end of April 2024, HARENO DINING will launch "HALENO DINING Japan Premier Curry Purebred Nagoya Cochin," a dashi curry made with a luxurious amount of "Purebred Nagoya Cochin," the highest quality of Nagoya Cochin, one of Japan's three great local chickens.
Based on a broth made from three kinds of seafood, this curry uses only carefully selected domestic ingredients and "Pure-bred Nagoya Cochin" chicken, giving it a refined meaty elasticity, texture, rich flavor and full-bodiedness. It's also low in calories at 105 kcal per 100g, completely changing the image of high-calorie curry.
