About member registration and login

I want to change my membership information.

After logging in, you can change your information on the "Edit Registration Information" screen from "My Page".

*You cannot change your email address yourself. If you would like to change your registered email address, please contact us using the inquiry form .

*Once you enter your date of birth, it cannot be changed.

I forgot my password.

Please reissue your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.

I want to cancel my membership.

After logging in, go to "My Page" and on the "Edit Registration Information" screen, click "To cancel your membership, click here" to proceed.

How to purchase

I would like to purchase.

You need to register as a member to shop.
If you are not registered, please register as a new member and then make a purchase.
We do not accept orders over the phone or fax.

I haven't received the membership registration completion email or the order completion email.

Please check the following:

  • Please check your registered email address.
    You can check this on the "Edit Registration Information" screen from "My Page".

  • Please check to see if the email has been sent to your spam folder.
  • Please make sure that you allow emails from the "@shop.harenodining.com" domain.
  • We have received a large number of inquiries from customers who use iPhone-related email addresses (icloud.com, mac.com, me.com, etc.), and several people have reported that their emails have taken several days to a week to arrive. If you use one of these email addresses, please contact your mobile carrier.
  • Even if you don't receive an email, please rest assured that if your order has been completed, shipping arrangements are already underway.
I want to change or cancel my order.

We do not accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed due to customer convenience.

What areas can you deliver to?

Delivery is only available within Japan (excluding some areas).

I'd like to know the shipping cost.

It depends on the delivery area.
The shipping costs per order are as follows:

Shipping cost per order (including cool shipping)
Hokkaido, Shikoku, and Kyushu regions: 1,250 yen Chugoku region: 1,150 yen Okinawa: 3,500 yen Other than the above: 980 yen

  • Shipping fees are charged for each order. Please purchase the products you want in one order. Additional orders or consolidation are not possible after your order has been completed.
  • The shipping fee will not change even if you order more than a certain amount.
How many days until delivery?

If no delivery date and time is specified (no specification), it will usually be delivered within 1 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), with delivery taking place as quickly as possible in about 3 days, excluding busy periods and in the event of a disaster, although this varies depending on the area.
After shipment is complete, we will send the tracking number to your registered address so you can check it yourself.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

You can specify a delivery date from 6 to 13 days after the order date. Depending on the time of order, you may be able to specify a delivery date from 7 days after the order date.
You can specify the time period below.
・8:00-12:00 (morning)
・14:00~16:00
・16:00~18:00
・18:00~20:00
・19:00~21:00

I would like to change the delivery date and time.

We cannot accept changes after an order has been placed.
After shipment is complete, we will send the shipping slip number to your registered address, so please contact the Yamato Transport delivery office directly.

Can you provide gift wrapping?

This is not supported.
Please note that we do not provide gift tags or message cards.

I'm giving it as a gift, so I would like to send it without including an amount on the invoice.

The invoice included with the product only lists the product name and does not list the price, so it can be used as a gift as is.

The package I received was different from what I ordered, or the product I received was damaged.

What is the expiration date?

It is about one year from the date of manufacture.

Payment

I would like to know the payment method.

You can pay by credit card, Amazon Pay, deferred payment (Paidy) or cash on delivery.
*There are some areas, such as remote islands, where we cannot accept orders with cash on delivery. If you select cash on delivery for delivery to an address in such an area, we may contact you and cancel the order. For more information, please check the inquiry form.

After placing an order with a credit card, the payment status remains "unpaid."

Credit card payment is completed at the same time as you place your order, but the status on your My Page will be updated from [Not paid] to [Paid] 2-3 weeks after the product is delivered.
If your order is complete, please rest assured that shipping arrangements are already underway.

When I try to use my credit card I get an error.

Common causes of errors include the following:

  • Displaying multiple browser tabs If multiple browser tabs are open, an error may occur.
  • Internet environmentIf you are using the service in an area with poor reception, such as while traveling on a train, and the connection is interrupted, an error will occur.
  • Page back (return to previous page)
    If you return to the previous page due to an input error, an error may occur for security reasons.
    Please close the browser tab or page you are using and try shopping again.
  • Auto-complete settings: The information you enter into forms on other sites may be remembered by your computer and automatically reflected in the form without your knowledge, or may replace information you previously entered.

<Depending on the credit card itself>

  • Card company system error Connection may be unstable during system maintenance.
  • Card number, expiration date, security code, or name is incorrect
  • It has expired
  • The credit limit has been exceeded
  • Insufficient funds in the withdrawal account
  • Late or overdue payments, or suspension of service due to suspected fraudulent use

We are unable to include printed receipts in your parcel or send them by mail.
