About Shipping
- You can specify the delivery date and time (excluding some areas).
- If you select "No Delivery Date", your order will be shipped within 2-5 days from the date of order confirmation.
- We do not accept delivery to multiple addresses in one order.
- We will contact you by email with shipping details such as the shipping slip number after the shipment is completed.
- Please note that if you place an order with an unknown shipping address, a separate forwarding fee may be charged if the shipping address is changed.
・For operational reasons, forwarding fees can only be paid on delivery at the destination. The sender cannot pay the fee.
・Due to the change in delivery address, delivery times will be longer than usual. Please note that the expiration date of the product will also be shorter.
・Please confirm the delivery address before placing your order.

- If we receive a large number of orders, such as during events or busy seasons, shipping may be delayed.

- Please note that if the redelivery period has expired, the item will be returned to the warehouse.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

- We take every precaution when it comes to our products and delivery, but if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is damaged or has other quality issues, we will only accept exchanges. Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds.
Cancellations and changes
- We cannot accept any changes, additions or cancellations to your order after the ordering process has been completed.

About delivery notes and receipts
- We do not issue delivery notes.
- The receipt will be sent to you via email after your order is complete, or you can download it from "Order History" on your My Page. We cannot ship receipts by post or include them in products.
